Our story

Synergy India Foundation (SIF), a non-profit and secular organization currently working in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The SIF was established in 2007 with a goal of ensuring equal opportunity and dignity of life to the deprived sections of the society with key principles of safe and empowered society. The SIF has been working in the fields of health, education, environment and sustainable livelihoods for over a decade.

Vision

To bring change in the lives of poor through community participation for a safer society where individuals and communities have the power and ability to influence decisions, take action and make change in their lives.

Mission

Synergy works in a transparent and accountable manner to ensure access to health, education, skill development programmes, livelihood and employment opportunities for socio-economically backward communities to promote a better tomorrow.

How We Work

The SIF strongly believes in the collective power of communities in bringing about a qualitative change in the lives of deprived communities and it is committed to fighting poverty by promoting sustainable livelihood opportunities. The SIF has been reaching out to the needy people and impacted the lives of more than 300000 people in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana so far. Key guiding principles of the organization are ‘Collaboration, Secularism and Empowerment’ as it believes in the power of people and their contribution to nation’s development.
